If u compare the frequency of 136 using the 136 guide dated Mar 04 and the latest one, you will find that 136 frequency is almost back to square one.

before 181 was introduced the people in the area had to walk out to Jln Bahar & take 199 or 172.
Don't think 181 will be chopped anytime soon...it just had its timesheet changed last week.
There's a rumour that 181 is going to be extended to Clementi too.

erm how about the Hougang Ave 3 area the block 2xx that area oppositie the Defu Factory which have two bus stop. There is only Sv 115 to serve them to Kovan only if not must walk to ave1 like you say which is quite a distance to them to take 113??? I think that Sv 115 should extend their operating hours
This is what I suggest: Everyday first bus 0645 last bus 2200 frequency waiting time still the same as you can see especially the during evening there are a lot of people who take 113 from Kovan which it is peak hours and after work and students out from school too. Maybe SBST can consider it.

115 is already way past its trial period...wonder how sbst going to do about it...keep it? trash it? or amend it?

sv115 can make it go round and round non-stop like sv42, and terminate/commence at the kovan stn bus stop. ppl from kovan stn can board there instead of walking to hawker centre.. another way is to like some said, extend 115 towards eunos link area, like PLAB..

I once saw passengers remained onboard after the service 115 bus terminated at the former Hougang South interchange. The BC didn't ask them to alight, which I think passengers can board the bus before former Hougang South interchange and alight anywhere after the former interchange. But it's better to confirm this with the BC.

...which i think is possible because the bus stop there has two stages...... stage 1 and 7...

Nt all drivers allowed that.. i took it during March and the driver told mi to Alight from the bus, cross the rd and board the bus again...

from what i observed, the kind drivers are mostly on CT services, Express Services (some, like 512), sv42, 92.. those on sv91 and 191 was nasty (that was 5+ years ago).. however, a 42 BC, i was impressed.. was raining very heavily.. BC let a woman alight in front of her house (along bus route, away from bus stop) and i was the only pax left.. then BC also offered to drop me at my house.. but i dont stay there..

as i said last time, if BC sees you are a young eg, below 12 years old etc, they may be more lenient and shui pian, as those older ppl may be up to some mischief..

i cant blame them.. i missed my childhood Crying or Very sad
